St. Ann’s Parish:

Ms. DePalo is an active member in her community parish, St. Ann’s Church. She has been chairperson of St. Ann’s Parish Counsel for two years. She has organized various charity events, as well as helped spread the Catholic faith among the community. Ms. DePalo is a former member of the Finance Committee, for six years.

Furthermore, Ms. DePalo with her husband, Mark, runs the annual Christmas Ornament fundraiser. The Christmas ornaments are purchased by parishioners and a personalized message is inscribed on the back of the ornament. During the Advent season the ornaments are displayed on the Christmas tree in the Church. All proceeds are for the benefit of the Church.

In addition, Ms. DePalo is working with members of St. Ann’s Church to establish a support group for individuals who are having marital difficulties, separated, or divorced. The group’s mission is to provide support to those who are experiencing a life altering events as well as provide guidance and help during this traumatic and emotional time.

Good Counsel Homes:

Good Counsel’s mission is to offer an alternative to abortion and provide shelter, love and support to those mothers in need. Ms. DePalo helps Good Counsel carry out their mission as chairperson of various fundraisers. This year, Ms. DePalo is the chairperson of the celebrity chef cook off sponsored by Richmond County Referral Source, Inc.

Ms. DePalo is a member of the Richmond Referral Source, Inc. which is a networking group of like-minded business owners and professionals. The members of Richmond Referral Source provide their expertises and services to the community of Staten Island.
